We went into a cute little baby store in Miami called Nini & Loli. I just wanted to buy some Boon catch bowls which I knew they sold there (thanks to google). They have awesome suction power and a little catch bit so that food goes back into the bowl instead of all over Jodi! When JP was in the store this little set of drums caught his eye and he was adamant that we needed to get it for Jodi!
When we got home and put the wee drum set together, we were astounded by how quickly Jodi caught on!! She is after all only 10 months old and never played the drums before!!! Here is a video of her sitting in front of the drums for the first time =)
This drum set is only recommended for children age 3 and up... possible reasons being that a 10 month old might snack on the drumsticks and swallow some wood splinters or take out an eye (or two) so we keep it in our cupboard out of reach and Jodi only gets to enjoy them under supervision, for now =)
