PART ONE
We just bought a house!! =)
Well, it's actually a duplex (two single dwellings adjacent to each other). We own one and friends of ours (Jeremy and Sheena) bought the other half next door and we share the land.
Both halves were originally double story 3 bedroom homes, but the previous owners closed off the doorway to the stairs in each and put a separate outside entrance to make one unit into two separate units. So we will be moving in downstairs to the 2-bedroom apartment and renting out our upstairs 1-bedroom apartment!
