Jodi started in the Twinkle Toes class (3 and 4 year olds) at Centre Pointe Dance Studio in September this year. She just Loves dancing and this is the first term that she has been involved in an actual dance recital, as she is now in the youngest group that performs.
It was pretty darn entertaining for us parents. Now on the big stage, our little Twinkle Toes had no clue what they were doing 83% of the time. Jodi did a whole lot better when we practiced it at home (as I'm sure the majority of the other little girls did when they were not on stage). Jodi even critiqued JP and I when we did the full dance routine for her this morning at home before her performance! Hahaha!
As the curtains opened, the little dancers were supposed to be standing waiting for the start of the singing to start their routine.... guess who's kid stood waving at the audience for 20 seconds until the routine started?
